Documented testing of assembly

Documented Monitoring of the Assembly Process Within the overall production process, the assembly is essential for the quality of the end product.  Where the security of the end-user is involved, it may be necessary to document the monitoring of important process steps.  Process monitoring can range from simply recording the maximum force exerted through to complex multi-channel monitoring of a joining system with special algorithms and adapted sensors. In order to successfully equip plant with effective monitoring systems, it is not only necessary to be familiar with all aspects of measurement technology and to have experience with the constructional installation, but it is also important to possess know-how about the production technology involved in each specific process. Typical applications include:

  • Monitoring clipping connections with plastic.
  • Monitoring torque applied in screwing processes.
  • Monitoring forces in riveting, joining and pressing processes.
